4)It has high mechanical properties, and the appropriate yield stress and strength can be formulated according to the needs of customers.

5)The grain size is relatively uniform. When the product is fully annealed, the grain size needs to be controlled at 7.0-9.0. At the same time, the strength performance is also relatively balanced, and the hardness fluctuation needs to be controlled between ±5-10Hv.

3. Production standards for steel strips

1) ASTM A666: This standard covers austenitic stainless steel strip materials, including type 304, and specifies the requirements for chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, and tolerances.

2) EN 10088: This European standard provides the technical delivery conditions for stainless steel strip, including grade 1.4301, which corresponds to AISI 304. It covers dimensions, tolerances, surface conditions, and mechanical properties.

3) JIS G4305: This Japanese standard outlines the cold-rolled stainless steel strip specifications, including type SUS304, which is equivalent to AISI 304. It covers chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensions, and tolerances.

Of course,  each manufacturer has its own production standards too.Many production companies will establish their own production standards based on cold-rolled steel strip standards or according to customer needs. However, many manufacturers generally feel that the product has higher requirements on deviation, which can meet the needs of various customers.
